The North Dakota Dairy Princess program is the longest-running one in the United States, initiated in 1946. In 2006, the program celebrated its 60th year! The princess, who serves as a goodwill ambassador for the state's dairy farmers, makes media appearances, talks with children about being healthy through consuming dairy products every day, and visits with consumers in various settings to help them understand the dedication of North Dakota's dairy farmers to wholesome and delicious dairy products, and their commitment to the land and their animals.

67th North Dakota Dairy Princess Contestants Sought
Midwest Dairy Association’s North Dakota Division is seeking candidates for its 67th annual North Dakota Dairy Princess contest. The event is scheduled June 9 and 10, 2013, during the organization’s board meeting at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck.
66th North Dakota Dairy Princess is Crowned
Marissa Leier, daughter of Larry and Rosalind Leier, was crowned North Dakota’s 66th State Dairy Princess today (June 21) in Bismarck. Leier is 19 years old and comes from Hague.Contact
